Assists in daily store operations by delivering outstanding customer service, keeping shelves stocked and merchandise rotated, and maintaining clean, organized sales and stock areas. Supports inventory management and efficient store operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure products are within expiration dates; properly rotate and merchandise items.
- Assist and organize inventory in the stockroom efficiently and safely.
- Replenish assigned sections to maintain fully stocked and visually appealing displays.
- Support shelf resets and maintain accurate product placement.
- Maintain cleanliness of cases and shelves; sweep and mop sales floors, stockrooms, and dairy coolers to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Operate backroom equipment safely, including pallet jack, compactor, and floor scrubber.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
